Our First CJ

Barry bought this CJ7 before we were married. It worked, and then it didn't. It had a rusted out floor. Actually there wasn't much on it that wasn't rusted out! A number of people have worked on it over the years--replacing about everything there was to replace (except the rims), as well as adding some really cool bells and whistles.

When it wouldn't pass inspection this summer we knew it was time to really let it go. We sold it to a man in our ward who used to work for Jeep. You should have seen his eyes light up when he came to look it over. He got an amazing deal, a fun project, and we got our driveway back and a promise for a Jeep ride once it's really working! Word has it that it's getting close!
